The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete materials, and particularly relates to self-compacting anti-impact wear-resistant concrete and a preparation method thereof. The embodiment of the invention discloses self-compacting impact-resistant and wear-resistant concrete which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-19% of cement, 5-7% of fly ash, 0.4-0.8% of an impact-resistant and wear-resistant material, 30-34% of fine aggregate, 34-38% of coarse aggregate, 0.2-0.6% of a water reducing agent and 6-10% of water. Wherein the impact-resistant and wear-resistant material is composed of an impact-resistant and wear-resistant agent, silicon powder and steel fibers, and the impact-resistant and wear-resistant agent is composed of a powdery naphthalene water reducer, micro silicon powder, nano silicon dioxide and powdery nano polypropylene fibers. According to the concrete, the pumpability of the concrete is improved while the requirements of impact resistance and wear resistance are met, the self-compacting effect is achieved, and the situation that the concrete is not compacted when being vibrated due to dense reinforcing steel bars or in a turning area is solved.
本发明属于混凝土材料技术领域,具体涉及一种自密实抗冲耐磨混凝土及其制备方法。本发明实施例公开的一种自密实抗冲耐磨混凝土,包括水泥15~19%、粉煤灰5~7%、抗冲耐磨材料0.4~0.8%、细骨料30~34%、粗骨料34~38%、减水剂0.2~0.6%和水6~10%,以质量百分含量计;其中,所述抗冲耐磨材料由抗冲耐磨剂、硅粉和钢纤维组成,所述抗冲耐磨剂由粉状萘系减水剂、微硅粉、纳米二氧化硅和粉状纳米聚丙烯纤维组成。该混凝土在满足抗冲耐磨性能要求的同时,提高了混凝土的可泵性,达到自密实的效果,解决钢筋密集或者转弯区域混凝土振捣不密实的情况。
