The invention discloses a construction method of a wide and large-thickness cement stabilized macadam base. The construction method comprises the following construction steps: S1, preparing the following macadam base raw materials in parts by weight: 100-900 parts of cement, 200-1100 parts of macadam, 100-300 parts of an expanding agent, 20-120 parts of an adhesive and 1000-1600 parts of water; s2, cement, an expanding agent, an adhesive and water are put into a stirring barrel according to the proportion and stirred, and cement paste is prepared; s3, planning design requirements of a base layer; and S4, cleaning the substrate by using a cleaning tool to ensure that the substrate is flat and free of sundries. The adhesive is added into the internal material of the macadam base layer, and the cement layer added with the adhesive is laid at the bottom of the base layer in advance during construction to serve as a foundation for fixation, so that the problems that the lower bearing layer is relatively loose, the surface soil exists, and the bonding compaction effect between the base layer and the lower bearing layer is poor are solved; the quality of the road is improved, the service life of the road is prolonged, and a better use prospect is brought.
