FRP rib high-strength steel-UHPC composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an FRP bar high-strength steel-UHPC composite beam and a construction method thereof. The FRP bar high-strength steel-UHPC composite beam comprises a steel beam, a bottom plate, a connecting base, shear connectors, high-strength transverse bars, longitudinal bars and UHPC. The bottom plate is spliced and assembled at the upper parts of the steel beams which are arranged at intervals, and splicing seams are positioned at the central positions of the steel beams; the FRP extrusion profile plate is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the bottom plate in a matched manner; the connecting base is fixed at the upper part of the splicing seam; the high-strength transverse ribs are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and provided with inwards-concave sections close to the bottom plate and protruding sections away from the bottom plate, and the protruding sections and the inwards-concave sections are connected through smooth transition sections. The longitudinal bars are FRP high-strength bars and are fixedly connected between the high-strength transverse bars to form a steel reinforcement framework structure; the bottom plate is covered with the UHPC concrete, and the steel reinforcement framework structure is arranged in the UHPC concrete. The FRP bar high-strength steel-UHPC concrete is combined on the composite beam, the material structure characteristics are fully utilized, the cost of the steel structure composite beam is reduced, and application and popularization of the steel-concrete composite structure are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种FRP筋高强钢‑UHPC混组合梁及其施工方法,包括钢梁、底板、连接底座、抗剪连接件、高强横筋、纵筋和UHPC混凝土;底板拼接组装在间隔布置的多个钢梁的上部,且其拼接缝处于钢梁的中心位置;在底板的上部适配固定设置有FRP挤压型材板;连接底座固定在所述拼接缝的上部;高强横筋沿横向间隔布置,其具有向底板靠近的内凹段和向底板远离的凸起段,凸起段和内凹段通过平滑的过渡段连接;纵筋为FRP高强筋,并固定连接在高强横筋之间,形成钢筋骨架结构;UHPC混凝土覆盖在底板上,并将钢筋骨架结构内置在其中。本发明将FRP筋高强钢‑UHPC混凝土结合在组合梁上,充分的利用的材料结构特点降低了钢结构组合梁的成本,利于钢混组合结构的推广使用。
