Hot-rolled section steel-UHPC composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a hot-rolled section steel-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) composite beam and a construction method thereof. Hot-rolled section steel which is integrally rolled is used as a main beam, and a necking type profiled steel sheet-UHPC is used as a bridge deck slab; the upper side of an upper flange plate of the paired hot-rolled section steel stretches across and is connected with the upper-layer necking-down profiled steel sheet through an anti-shear bolt, and the upper side of a lower flange plate of the paired hot-rolled section steel stretches across and is connected with the lower-layer necking-down profiled steel sheet through an anti-shear bolt; the trends of the upper-layer necking profiled steel sheet and the lower-layer necking profiled steel sheet are both transverse, the upper-layer UHPC plate and the lower-layer UHPC plate are respectively poured by the upper-layer necking profiled steel sheet and the lower-layer necking profiled steel sheet as templates, a single-layer reinforcing mesh is pre-embedded in each of the upper-layer UHPC plate and the lower-layer UHPC plate, and transverse supporting components are connected between webs of the paired hot-rolled section steel through shear bolts. In the invention, the whole main beam does not have a welding seam, and concrete pouring can be carried out without independently erecting a template during construction, so that the template does not need to be disassembled.
本发明公开一种热轧型钢‑UHPC组合梁及其施工方法,采用一体轧制而成的热轧型钢作为主梁,采用缩口型压型钢板‑UHPC作为桥面板;热轧型钢成对设置,成对的热轧型钢的上翼缘板上侧横跨铺设上层缩口型压型钢板且二者间通过抗剪螺栓连接,成对的热轧型钢的下翼缘板上侧横跨铺设下层缩口型压型钢板且二者间通过抗剪螺栓连接,上、下层缩口型压型钢板的走向均为横向,上、下层缩口型压型钢板作为模板分别浇筑上、下层UHPC板,上、下层UHPC板内均预埋设单层钢筋网,成对的热轧型钢的腹板之间通过抗剪螺栓连接横向支撑构件。本发明中,整个主梁不存在焊缝,在施工时不需要单独支设模板就可以进行混凝土浇筑,无需拆模。
