Displacement amplification type self-resetting friction damper
According to the displacement amplification type self-resetting friction damper, axial deformation of the damper is changed into rotation of a friction disc through gear transmission, friction is conducted on the edge of the friction disc through a friction device, then displacement amplification is achieved, the requirement for friction force is reduced, and the service life of friction parts is prolonged. Meanwhile, through gear transmission, the friction force provided by the friction device can be increased along with the increase of the relative displacement, and proper energy dissipation capacity can be provided under different working conditions. In addition, the device can automatically return to the initial state through a disc spring, certain self-resetting capacity is provided for the structure, and residual deformation of the structure under a large earthquake can be reduced. Compared with the prior art, the device is good in energy dissipation effect and suitable for vibration control of an engineering structure; the structure is stable and reliable and is not influenced by the environment; materials are saved, and consumption of friction plates is reduced; maintenance is easy, and the whole device does not need to be dismantled.
本发明涉及一种位移放大型自复位摩擦阻尼器,通过齿轮传动将阻尼器的轴向变形变为摩擦盘的转动,摩擦装置在摩擦盘的边缘进行摩擦,进而实现位移的放大,以减少对摩擦力的需要,延长摩擦零件的使用寿命。同时,通过齿轮传动,摩擦装置提供的摩擦力可以随相对位移的增大而增大,在不同的工况下可以提供适当的耗能能力。此外,装置通过碟型弹簧可以自动回到初始状态,并为结构提供一定的自复位能力,有利于减少大震下结构的残余变形。与现有技术相比,本发明耗能效果好,适用于工程结构的振动控制;结构稳定可靠,不受环境影响;节约材料,减少摩擦片的消耗;易于维护,无需拆除整个装置。
