The invention relates to a nacre-like composite material and a preparation method thereof. One or more of montmorillonite, silicon dioxide or calcium carbonate and one or more of MXene, carbon nanotubes or graphene are subjected to bidirectional ice casting, freeze drying and high-temperature annealing treatment to be assembled into a ceramic conductive imitation pearl layer framework, polyborosiloxane is embedded into the ceramic conductive imitation pearl layer framework, and the imitation pearl layer composite material is obtained. The nacre-imitated layer composite material retains the shear hardening characteristic of polyborosiloxane, and meanwhile, due to the introduction of a light nacre-imitated layer framework, the mechanical property of polyborosiloxane is enhanced, the anti-impact protection function is realized, and the anisotropic conductive characteristic is achieved.
本发明涉及一种仿珍珠层复合材料及制备方法。将蒙脱土、二氧化硅或碳酸钙的一种或多种与MXene、碳纳米管或石墨烯的一种或多种经双向冰铸、冷冻干燥与高温退火处理组装成为陶瓷导电仿珍珠层骨架,并将聚硼硅氧烷嵌入其中,得到仿珍珠层复合材料。该仿珍珠层复合材料保留了聚硼硅氧烷的剪切变硬特性,同时由于轻质仿珍珠层骨架的引入,增强了聚硼硅氧烷的力学性能,实现了抗冲击防护功能,并具有了各向异性导电特性。
