The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and ball-milling flaky aluminum oxide, nano-particle aluminum oxide and nano-particle zirconium oxide according to different proportions to respectively obtain surface layer slurry and matrix layer slurry, sequentially pouring the surface layer slurry, the matrix layer slurry and the surface layer slurry into a mold, freezing layer by layer to obtain a green body, and carrying out glue removal treatment on the green body, and then hot pressed sintering is performed to obtain the shell-imitated structure ceramic composite material with prefabricated compressive stress, and the shell-imitated structure ceramic composite material has good bending strength and fracture toughness. The shell-imitating structure composite ceramic material with the prefabricated compressive stress design is obtained by utilizing mismatching of intrinsic thermal properties of an inorganic material and a layered hierarchical structure, the preparation process is simple, and the preparation process is environment-friendly.
本发明属于复合结构陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及具有预制压应力的仿贝壳结构复合陶瓷材料及其制备方法。本发明将片状氧化铝、纳米颗粒氧化铝、纳米颗粒氧化锆按不同比例混合球磨分别获得表面层浆料和基体层浆料,将表面层浆料、基体层浆料、表面层浆料依次倒入模具逐层冻结获得坯体,对坯体进行排胶处理,再经过热压烧结后得到具有预制压应力的仿贝壳结构陶瓷复合材料,具有良好的弯曲强度和断裂韧性。本发明利用无机材料本征热学性能的不匹配和层状分级结构获得该预制压应力设计的仿贝壳结构复合陶瓷材料,且制备工艺简单,制备过程环保。
