The invention discloses an earthen site crack bioremediation agent and a remediation method, and is characterized in that the earthen site crack bioremediation agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 21.038% of carbonic anhydrase solution, 0.07% of skim milk powder, 0.018% of xanthan gum, 0.018% of aspartic acid, 5.615% of active magnesium oxide, 2.948% of sodium bicarbonate, 0.105% of straw fiber, 28.075% of site soil powder and 42.113% of fine sand. The repairing method comprises the steps that cracks are cleaned; extracting a carbonic anhydrase solution; preparing an earthen site crack bioremediation agent; and filling a bioremediation agent. Based on the catalytic action of carbonic anhydrase on the hydration reaction of carbon dioxide and the carbonization reaction of active magnesium oxide, the earthen ruins crack bioremediation agent which is good in fluidity, large in binding power, high in strength and low in contractibility is formed, and a bioremediation material and method which are higher in ecological compatibility, lower in carbon and more environmentally friendly are provided for earthen ruins.
