Aluminum-based silicon carbide composite material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the related technical field of metal ceramic additive manufacturing, and discloses an aluminum-based silicon carbide composite material and a preparation method and application thereof.The method comprises the following steps that (1) composite powder formed by mixing silicon carbide with different particle size distributions and a binder serves as a raw material, and laser sintering equipment is adopted for printing to obtain a silicon carbide biscuit; (2) soaking the silicon carbide biscuit in silica sol with the concentration of 10-30% for 2-4 hours, and degreasing the soaked silicon carbide biscuit to obtain a silicon carbide preform; and (3) carrying out pre-oxidation treatment on the silicon carbide preform to obtain a silicon carbide porous skeleton, and carrying out vacuum pressure infiltration on the silicon carbide porous skeleton by using an aluminum alloy to obtain the aluminum-based silicon carbide composite material. The method has the characteristics of high preparation performance, capability of quickly forming a complex structure, stable silicon carbide and aluminum alloy interface and the like.
