Aluminum-based silicon carbide composite material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the related technical field of aluminum-based silicon carbide materials, and discloses an aluminum-based silicon carbide composite material and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding composite powder obtained by mixing silicon carbide and a binder into printing equipment for printing to obtain a silicon carbide biscuit; (2) degreasing the silicon carbide biscuit to obtain a silicon carbide preform; (3) pre-oxidizing the silicon carbide preform; (4) carrying out vacuum infiltration on the silicon carbide preform by using a crosslinkable solution PCS, and then curing; (5) cracking the silicon carbide preform; and (6) the silicon carbide prefabricated body is subjected to vacuum pressure infiltration of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum-based silicon carbide composite material is obtained. By introducing the crosslinkable liquid PCS, the difficulty that after the silicon carbide preform is pre-oxidized, the strength of the preform is sharply reduced and the preform cannot be shaped can be effectively solved, and even the phenomenon of pulverization of the preform can be effectively solved.
本发明属于铝基碳化硅材料相关技术领域,其公开了一种铝基碳化硅复合材料及其制备方法与应用,包括以下步骤:(1)将碳化硅与粘结剂混合后的复合粉体加入打印设备中进行打印以得到碳化硅素坯;(2)对碳化硅素坯进行脱脂处理以得到碳化硅预制体;(3)对碳化硅预制体进行预氧化;(4)用可交联的溶液PCS对碳化硅预制体进行真空浸渗,然后固化;(5)对碳化硅预制体进行裂解;(6)对碳化硅预制体进行真空压力浸渗铝合金,以得到铝基碳化硅复合材料。本发明通过引入可交联的液体PCS可以有效解决碳化硅预制体预氧化后,预制体的强度急剧下降而无法定形的困难,甚至预制体会出现粉化的现象。
