Steel rail heating device and heating method
A steel rail heating device belongs to the technical field of steel rail heating and comprises a generator, a power supply box, a coil box and a temperature measuring device. Wherein the generator provides power frequency alternating current for the steel rail heating device, and the power supply box receives the power frequency alternating current generated by the generator and converts the power frequency alternating current into frequency-adjustable alternating current through two links of rectification and inversion according to the steel rail temperature measured by the temperature measuring device. The coil box receives the alternating current with the adjustable frequency emitted by the power supply box and generates a magnetic field with the same frequency as the adjustable alternating current. The temperature measuring device measures the temperature of the steel rail and transmits the temperature of the steel rail to the power box. The electromagnetic induction heating principle is adopted, so that the steel rail is not damaged, and the work of other systems is not influenced; due to the adoption of electromagnetic induction heating, the heating efficiency is high, and more energy-saving and efficient effects are achieved; due to the fact that the system can adjust the frequency of the output alternating current of the inverter circuit under the action of the control unit, the purpose of adjusting the heating power can be achieved.
