The invention relates to an induction heating device for heat treatment of a welded joint, also relates to steel rail welding equipment adopting the induction heating device and a corresponding heat treatment method, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit. The device comprises a mounting part used for mounting the induction heating device on the steel rail welding equipment; the lifting back plates and the mounting pieces form vertical moving pairs respectively, and the lifting back plates and the split type profiling induction coils form vertical shaft rotating pairs respectively; the profiling induction coils are provided with profiling surface inner profiles which are similar to the outer profiles of the steel rails, and the profiling induction coils can rotate around a vertical shaft between an opening state in which the profiling surfaces of the profiling induction coils face the extending direction of the steel rails and a closing state in which the profiling surfaces face the side of the steel rails. According to the invention, the overall structure is very compact and simple, the occupied space is small in a non-working state, and after the device is mounted on flash welding equipment, the centering performance can be maintained while efficient switching of welding and normalizing procedures is realized, so that the butt welding quality of the track is ensured.
本发明涉及一种焊接接头热处理用的感应加热装置,同时还涉及采用该装置的钢轨焊接设备和相应热处理方法,属于轨道交通技术领域。该装置包括用于将所述感应加热装置安装于钢轨焊接设备的安装件;分别与所述安装件构成垂向移动副、并分别与分体式仿形感应线圈构成垂向轴转动副的升降背板;具有与钢轨外廓相仿的仿形面内廓、可绕垂向轴在其仿形面朝向钢轨延伸方向的张开状态以及所述仿形面朝向钢轨侧的合拢状态之间转位的一对仿形感应线圈。本发明不仅整体结构十分紧凑、简单,而且在非工作状态时占用空间小,当安装于闪光焊接设备后,在实现焊接和正火工序高效切换的同时,可以保持对中性能等优点,进而确保轨道的对焊质量。
