The embodiment of the invention discloses a pavement flatness detection system, method, device and equipment and a storage medium. The system comprises a 3D binocular camera, a millimeter wave radar, a pressure sensor and a road surface flatness detection module. The 3D binocular camera is installed at the head of a vehicle, the millimeter wave radar is installed at the bottom of the vehicle, and the pressure sensor is installed at the wheel part of the vehicle; wherein the 3D binocular camera is used for collecting image information of a road surface in front of a vehicle; the millimeter-wave radar is used for collecting distance information between a vehicle chassis and a road surface; the pressure sensor is used for collecting pressure information of vehicle tires; and the road surface flatness detection module is used for detecting the road surface flatness based on the image information, the distance information and the pressure information of the road surface in front of the vehicle. Based on the pavement flatness detection system, pavement flatness detection is realized, the service life of tires and a damping system can be prolonged, and traffic accidents are avoided.
