Intelligent formwork sliding and lifting system for thin-wall hollow high pier construction
The invention belongs to the technical field of high pier sliding formwork construction, and relates to an intelligent formwork sliding and lifting system for thin-wall hollow high pier construction. The intelligent formwork sliding and lifting system is provided with a high pier, and two supporting rods are symmetrically installed above the high pier; each supporting rod is provided with a jack stroke monitoring assembly. The jack stroke monitoring assembly comprises a jack, an infrared range finder and an F-shaped lifting frame matched with the jack. The jack is arranged on the supporting rod in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with the F-shaped lifting frame located on one side of the supporting rod. A slip form operation platform is fixed to the F-shaped lifting frame, and dip angle monitors are installed on the periphery of the slip form operation platform. The inclination angle monitor monitors the offset direction, the offset angle and the offset data of the operation platform in real time, and uploads the data to the PLC automatic sliding mode monitor through the wireless transmitter; the PLC automatic sliding mode monitor is communicated with the jack through an oil way. The defect that a traditional frame body is difficult to rectify deviation is overcome, and the high pier slip form construction problem is practically solved.
