Method for forming variable-diameter point jet grouting variable-diameter pile
The invention provides a method for forming a variable-diameter point jet grouting variable-diameter pile. The method comprises the following steps of: loosening a jet grouting soil body by adopting a pre-pore-forming or high-pressure water jet grouting method; and then the variable-diameter-point rotary spraying device is rotated to enter the soil body for graded rotary spraying. The variable-diameter-point jet grouting meets the condition that Ri-Ri-1 is smaller than or equal to Ry (the effective influence radius of jet grouting jet), and a large-diameter jet grouting pile can be formed. The variable-diameter jet grouting pile can be formed by reducing the lifting speed of the jet grouting rod or re-spraying at the variable-diameter part. The large-diameter variable-diameter jet grouting pile can be implemented, and the large-diameter variable-diameter jet grouting pile has the advantages that the jet grouting benefit is high, the cement paste return amount is small, the cement paste in a soil body is uniformly distributed, and a high-strength pile body is easily formed.
本发明提供了一种变径点旋喷变径桩形成方法,先采取预成孔或高压水旋喷方法松动旋喷土体;然后将多变径点旋喷装置旋转进入土体,进行分级旋喷。多变径点旋喷满足Ri‑Ri‑1≤Ry(旋喷射流有效影响半径),能够形成大直径旋喷桩。在变径部分进行降低旋喷杆提升速度或复喷,可形成变直径旋喷桩。本发明可实施大直径变径旋喷桩,并具有旋喷效益高、水泥浆返浆量小、土体中水泥浆分布均匀、容易形成高强度桩体等优点。
