Concrete ditch construction method
The invention relates to a concrete ditch construction method. The method comprises the following steps that ditch bottom plate concrete is poured; binding side wall reinforcement frameworks on two sides of the ditch; side formworks are installed on the two sides of the side wall steel reinforcement framework on each side; a plurality of limiting pieces with rectangular sections are provided, two clamping grooves are formed in the bottoms of the limiting pieces in the length direction of the limiting pieces in a full-length mode, the width of the clamping grooves is matched with the distance between the opposite outer sides of the two side formworks on each side, and the depth of the clamping grooves is not smaller than the height of the side formworks; the two clamping grooves of the limiting piece are aligned with the opposite outer sides of the side formworks on the two sides, and the limiting piece is pressed from top to bottom till the limiting piece is attached to the ditch bottom plate; a plurality of limiting pieces are arranged in the length direction of the ditch at intervals; pouring ditch side wall concrete; the limiting pieces are dismantled; and removing the side templates. The technical problem that in the prior art, when a side formwork of a ditch is reinforced through an inclined strut, the occupied size is too large is solved, and the earthwork excavation volume and the concrete hardening site area are reduced.
本发明涉及一种混凝土水沟施工方法,包括如下步骤:浇筑水沟底板混凝土;绑扎水沟两侧的侧墙钢筋骨架;于每侧的侧墙钢筋骨架两侧安装侧模板;提供断面呈矩形的多个限位件,该限位件的底部沿该限位件的长度方向通长开设有两个卡槽,该卡槽的宽度与每侧两块侧模板相对外侧之间的距离相适配,该卡槽的深度不小于该侧模板的高度;将限位件的两个该卡槽对准两侧的侧模板的相对外侧,从上向下按压限位件直至贴至水沟底板;沿水沟的长度方向间隔设置多个限位件;浇筑水沟侧墙混凝土;拆除所有限位件;拆除侧模板。本发明解决了现有技术中采用斜撑对水沟的侧模板进行加固时占用的尺寸过大的技术问题,减少了土方开挖量和混凝土硬化场地面积。
