The invention discloses an exterior wall external thermal insulation dry hanging aluminum plate construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, base layer treatment: firstly, removing sundries on a base surface, repairing a part with holes or obvious recesses by using putty, and then removing and improving the surface of a material with poor compatibility and poor adhesion by using a permeable transparent seal primer, the construction method comprises the following steps of: performing mechanical anchoring on a solidified base layer, performing flexible transition with the surface of an outer wall and increasing the adhesive force, and performing leveling treatment on the surface treated by the base layer by using polymer modified cement mortar so as to obtain a plaster layer meeting the requirements of subsequent construction on flatness and perpendicularity, and building a steel structure transfer layer of a dry-hanging stone plate on a wall surface. And an aluminum plate is cut into plates with proper sizes, and the prepared adhesive mortar is brushed on the outer surface of the steel structure transfer layer to form an adhesive layer. The problem that in the prior art, most construction steps are tedious, and consequently the construction efficiency is affected is solved.
本发明公开了一种外墙外保温干挂铝板施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:基层处理:首先清除基面上的杂物,对有孔洞或明显凹陷的部分用腻子进行修补,随后用渗透型透明封闭底漆对相容性较差附着力不好的材料表面进行清除改善处理,起到固化基层起机械锚固作用,与外墙表面有柔性过渡作用和增加附着力的作用,接着用聚合物改性水泥砂浆对经基层处理表面,进行找平处理,以达到后续施工平整度、垂直度要求的抹灰层,在墙面建干挂石板的钢结构转换层,将铝板切割成尺寸合适的板材,将配置好的粘结砂浆刷涂于钢结构转换层的外表面,形成粘接层。本发明解决了现有技术大多存在施工步骤较为繁琐,从而导影响了施工效率的问题。
