The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a cast-in-place reinforced concrete hollow wall with embedded inflatable bags and a construction process thereof. The hollow wall comprises a first wall body formwork, a first reinforcing mesh, an inflatable bag, horizontal steel tie bars, a second reinforcing mesh, a second wall body formwork and a concrete protection layer. The horizontal steel tie bars are configured to be connected with the reinforcing mesh I and the reinforcing mesh II; the area between the first wall formwork and the second wall formwork is filled with the concrete protection layer in a pouring mode. A bonding area and a plurality of air chambers are formed in the inflatable bag; the plurality of air chambers are connected into a whole through the bonding areas; a plurality of vertical through holes are formed in the bonding area; the horizontal steel tie bar transversely penetrates through the through hole; the inflatable bag further comprises a plurality of positioning rods; the positioning rod vertically protrudes out of the plane where the inflation bag is located. The first end of the positioning rod is connected with the center of the air chamber, and the second end of the positioning rod can abut against the first wall formwork or the second wall formwork. A fixing hole is formed in the positioning rod; and the positioning rods are bound and fixed with the reinforcing mesh I or the reinforcing mesh II through the fixing holes.
