Lightweight high-strength composite lightweight wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a light-weight high-strength composite light wallboard which comprises fiber gridding cloth reinforcing layers, a wallboard framework and concrete filler, the fiber gridding cloth reinforcing layers are embedded in the upper side and the lower side of the concrete filler, and the wallboard framework is embedded in the concrete filler. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing concrete, 2, preparing environment-friendly aggregate, 3, preparing wallboard concrete, 4, filling and forming a wallboard, and 5, forming and curing. The modified basalt fiber composite bars are used as a framework for preparation, and the fiber gridding cloth reinforcing layer embedded in the surface of the wallboard is matched, so that the weight of the prepared wallboard is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the strength of the wallboard is also ensured; the weight of the wallboard is further reduced while energy conservation and emission reduction are embodied, and the wallboard is promoted to develop towards the direction of light weight and high strength.
本发明公开一种轻量化高强度复合轻质墙板,包括纤维网格布加强层、墙板骨架和混凝土填料,混凝土填料上下侧内部嵌设有纤维网格布加强层,混凝土填料内部嵌设有墙板骨架,制备方法包括,步骤一、制备改性玄武岩纤维复合筋,步骤二、环保骨料的制备,步骤三、墙板混凝土制备,步骤四、墙板装填成型,步骤五、成型养护;本发明以改性玄武岩纤维复合筋作为骨架制备,配合墙板表面内嵌的纤维网格布加强层,使得制备的墙板重量大大降低,同时也保证了墙板的强度,本发明采用处理后得冶炼工业固体废渣作为混凝土骨料,搭配加入轻量化聚苯颗粒,在体现节能减排的同时进一步减轻墙板的重量,推动了墙板向轻量化高强度的方向发展。
