The annular cavity is filled with the self-repairing concrete column body layer; the honeycomb structure layer is arranged between the self-repairing concrete column body layer and the steel structure tubular outer layer; the buffering structure layer is arranged between the honeycomb structure layer and the steel structure tubular outer layer, and the buffering structure layer and the steel structure tubular outer layer are arranged in an embedded mode. The bearing capacity and flexural rigidity of the hollow interlayer steel pipe concrete member are improved, and the maintenance cost and the damage and fracture risks are reduced.
