According to the construction method of the super-large and super-thick mass concrete, the problems that when the temperature of the concrete is high, tap water or well water is directly introduced into the condensate pipe, the temperature difference between the concrete near the pipe wall of the condensate pipe and the center concrete is large, and the concrete near the pipe wall of the condensate pipe cracks are solved. The method comprises the following steps: S1, material preparation: proportioning concrete raw materials according to requirements and detecting the performance of mixed concrete; s2, reinforcing steel bar construction: according to structural design requirements, determining the thickness of the raft and the types and the number of reinforcing steel bars, and laying and fixing a raft reinforcing steel bar framework in the raft. The cooling water is heated by the heater until the temperature difference between the cooling water and the center temperature of the concrete is less than 25 DEG C, and then the heated cooling water is used for cooling the concrete, so that the temperature difference between the concrete near the pipe wall of the condensate pipe and the center concrete can be prevented from being large, and the concrete near the pipe wall of the condensate pipe is prevented from cracking.
本发明提供了超大超厚大体积混凝土施工方法,解决了当混凝土温度较高时,直接采用自来水或者井水直接通入冷凝水管内,会使冷凝水管管壁附近的混凝土与中心混凝土的温差较大,冷凝水管管壁附近的混凝土出现裂缝的问题。本发明包括以下步骤:S1~材料配置:按照要求对混凝土原材料进行配比以及对拌和后混凝土的性能进行检测;S2~钢筋施工:根据结构设计要求,确定筏板的厚度、钢筋种类和数量,在筏板内铺设及固定筏板钢筋骨架。本发明通过使用加热器将冷却水加热至与混凝土中心温度相差小于25℃,再使用加热后的冷却水对混凝土进行降温,能够防止冷凝水管管壁附近的混凝土与中心混凝土的温差较大,避免冷凝水管管壁附近的混凝土出现裂缝。
