Comprising two frames and a partition strip, glass clamping grooves are formed in the upper ends of the frames, inner grooves are formed in the inner walls of the frames, and the partition strip penetrates into the two inner grooves of the two frames; the method includes the following steps that firstly, two frames are oppositely placed, partition strips penetrate into two inner grooves, and a primary frame is obtained; 2, the primary frame penetrates into a manufacturing device, and the manufacturing device is used for straightening the primary frame; thirdly, the outer walls of the frames in the straightened primary frame are polished, and the groove-shaped interiors of the upper side and the lower side which are oppositely formed by the two frames are polished; and fourthly, a sealing strip and a filling strip penetrate into the corresponding positions of the two frames, and the energy-saving heat preservation broken bridge aluminum alloy profile is obtained. The bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy profile can be straightened in the manufacturing process, and the bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy profile with the better heat insulation effect can be manufactured.
