The invention discloses high-activity lithium slag powder as well as preparation and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials, the high-activity lithium slag powder is prepared from the following raw materials: 99.7-99.9 parts of lithium slag and 0.1-0.3 part of an activating agent; wherein the activating agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 35 parts of alkyloyl; 20 to 25 parts of molasses; 20 to 30 parts of glycerol; 10 to 15 parts of triethanolamine; 5 to 10 parts of diethanol amine; and 10-15 parts of a 10 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. According to the invention, the lithium slag and the activating agent are mainly used for producing and preparing the high-activity lithium slag powder, the high-activity lithium slag powder is applied to concrete as an admixture, the produced admixture can replace part of cement to fill gaps of the cement, and the admixture is applied to improving the working performance of the concrete and improving the strength of the concrete. The high-activity lithium slag powder provided by the invention can be retarded to a certain extent, so that the slump loss is reduced, the water seepage and pressure water seepage rate of concrete is effectively reduced, the pumpability of the concrete is improved, and the high-activity lithium slag powder has good working performance required by high-performance concrete.
本发明公开了高活性锂渣粉、其制备及应用,涉及建筑材料技术领域,该高活性锂渣粉由如下原料制备而成:锂渣99.7‑99.9份以及活化剂0.1‑0.3份;其中,所述活化剂由如下重量组分物质组成:烷基醇酰30‑35份;糖蜜20‑25份;甘油20‑30份;三乙醇胺10‑15份;二乙醇胺5‑10份;10mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液10‑15份。本发明薪主要使用锂渣和活化剂生产制备高活性锂渣粉,应用在混凝土中作掺合料使用,生产制得的掺合料能够代替部分水泥使用以填充水泥的空隙,掺合料在改善混凝土工作性能,提升混凝土强度中的应用。本发明提供的高活性锂渣粉能够一定程度缓凝,使得坍落度损失减小,并且有效降低了混凝土的沁水与压力沁水率,提高混凝土的可泵性,具有高性能混凝土所要求的良好工作性能。
