The invention relates to the field of viaduct pier manufacturing, in particular to a viaduct pier reinforcement protective layer concrete structure which comprises a reinforcement cage, and a concrete layer is poured on the outer side of the reinforcement cage. The concrete layer is prepared from 100 to 160 parts of modified cement, 200 to 300 parts of coarse aggregate, 100 to 200 parts of steel fiber, 20 to 60 parts of reinforced resin, 10 to 30 parts of a water repellent agent, 20 to 60 parts of a water reducing agent, 10 to 20 parts of a hole sealing agent and 10 to 20 parts of an anti-freezing agent. The aggregate is the coarse aggregate with more uniform particle size and is not doped with any fine aggregate, so that the water permeability and the air permeability of the concrete are better, and the coarse aggregate, the modified cement, the steel fibers and the reinforced resin are mutually mixed, so that the overall strength of the concrete is improved, and the carbonization resistance and the chloride ion erosion resistance of a viaduct pier concrete layer are improved; and the service life of the viaduct pier is prolonged.
