The invention relates to the field of building structures, and provides a viaduct round reinforced concrete pier which comprises a supporting bearing platform, pier column piles, a steel bar support, a formwork set and a supporting beam. A foundation pit is formed in the ground, and the pier column pile is poured in the foundation pit and extends upwards; bearing platform reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the supporting bearing platform, a bearing platform foundation pit is excavated in the peripheral ground of the pier column pile, the bearing platform reinforcing steel bars are connected to the pier column pile in a spreading mode and located in the bearing platform foundation pit, and the bearing platform foundation pit is filled with concrete so that the supporting bearing platform can be formed; the pier column shape comprises a vase pier column and a bearing pier column; the vase pier column is located in the center of the supporting bearing platform. The multiple bearing pier columns are arranged and are poured around the vase pier column in a dispersed mode, and the bearing pier columns penetrate through the supporting platform and extend to the underground. The structure has the effects of stabilizing stress and improving load. In addition, the invention further provides a construction method of the reinforced concrete pier.
