The invention relates to a phosphogypsum-containing all-solid waste-based geopolymer grouting material and a preparation method thereof, the polymer grouting material is composed of a solid waste powder raw material component A and a modified composite activator liquid raw material component B, the ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (0.65-0.7), and the component A is composed of slag, steel slag, fly ash, coal gangue, carbide slag, metakaolin and phosphogypsum in a mass ratio of (35-60): (10-30): (5-15): (4-10): (4-10): (5-10): (12-20); and the component B comprises water, a composite exciting agent, silica fume, a water reducing agent, an early strength agent and a volume stabilizer in a mass ratio of (72-80): (12-15): (7-11): (0.8-1.7): (0.15-0.2): (0.05-0.1). The phosphogypsum-containing all-solid-waste low-carbon environment-friendly grouting material is generated through rapid polymerization reaction of the multi-source solid waste component A and the modified composite exciting agent component B, the requirement for highway roadbed disease grouting treatment can be met, meanwhile, the solid waste such as the steel slag and the phosphogypsum with the low comprehensive utilization rate is digested, and the utilization rate of the phosphogypsum is improved. The method has the advantages of good social benefit, wide application prospect and the like.
