The invention belongs to the technical field of highway engineering, and particularly relates to an ardealite-based geopolymer grouting material which is of a three-dimensional network silica-alumina hydrochloric acid gel stereo structure and comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 16.86%-19.11% of ardealite, 7.81%-8.60% of ceramic waste, 9.28%-10.51% of metakaolin, 4.38%-5.22% of an alkali activator and 8.41%-9.44% of distilled water. 0.34%-0.37% of a waterproof additive and 47.78%-51.89% of iron tailing sand. The invention also discloses a preparation method, which reduces the use amount of cement and natural sand, reduces the construction cost of road grouting, and relieves the problem of tension demand of building materials; the ardealite, the ceramic waste and the iron tailing sand are converted into the building material through the synergistic effect of the ardealite, the ceramic waste and the iron tailing sand, so that the problems of environmental pollution and the like caused by stacking of the ardealite, the ceramic waste and the iron tailing sand are avoided.
