The invention provides super-strong anti-freezing green iron tailing powder concrete with strength grades of C30 and C40. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, iron tailing powder, river sand, common gravels, water and a water reducing agent. In the green iron tailing powder concrete with superstrong frost resistance provided by the invention, the iron tailing powder is used as a mineral admixture to replace 30% of cement, and the content of harmful pores in the concrete is greatly reduced due to the excellent micro-aggregate filling effect of the iron tailing powder, so that the content of harmless pores and less-harmful pores is increased; the internal pore structure of the concrete is optimized to a great extent, so that the concrete achieves high freezing resistance.
