The invention discloses an iron powder tailing treatment technology in the technical field of abandoned resource reutilization. The technology comprises the following steps that firstly, online magnetic separation is carried out on iron powder tailings before the iron powder tailings enter a tailing pool; then, enrichment materials obtained through magnetic separation are used as pelletizing materials, and the enrichment materials are returned to a blast furnace for iron making after ball pressing and sintering; and finally the tailings generated through magnetic separation are used for producing cement or mortar.
