The invention relates to a steel slag-based solid waste cementing material containing fluidized bed fly ash and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials, the steel slag-based solid waste cementing material comprises solid powder, a liquid alkali activator and water, the solid powder is composed of 25-40 wt% of ground steel slag powder, 40-55 wt% of granulated blast furnace slag powder and 15-25 wt% of fluidized bed fly ash, and the liquid alkali activator is water. The sum of the mass percentages of the components in the solid powder is 100%; the liquid alkali activator accounts for 32% of the total mass of all the raw materials, and the liquid alkali activator is prepared from sodium hydroxide and water glass. The utilization rate of industrial solid wastes such as steel slag and fluidized bed fly ash is fully increased; meanwhile, by utilizing the synergistic effect of the liquid alkali activator and all the components, the problems that the early activity is low and the stability is poor when the steel slag is used as a cementing material and the fluidized bed fly ash is difficult to use and unstable are solved, and the steel slag-based solid waste cementing material containing the fluidized bed fly ash, which is low in pollution and good in working performance, is formed; and the method has important significance on low-carbon transformation of the building material industry in China.
本发明涉及含流化床粉煤灰的钢渣基固废胶凝材料及制备方法、应用,属于建筑材料技术领域,包括固体粉料、液体碱激发剂和水,固体粉料由磨细钢渣粉25~40%wt%、粒化高炉矿渣粉40~55%wt%、流化床粉煤灰15~25%wt%为原料组成,固体粉料中各成分的质量百分数和为100%;还包含上述所有原料总质量32%的液体碱激发剂,液体碱激发剂由氢氧化钠和水玻璃制得。本发明充分提高了钢渣、流化床粉煤灰等工业固废的利用率;同时,利用液体碱激发剂和各组分间的协同作用,解决了钢渣做胶凝材料早期活性低、安定性不良以及流化床粉煤灰难利用、不稳定等问题,形成低污染且具有良好工作性能的含流化床粉煤灰的钢渣基固废胶凝材料,对我国建材产业的低碳转型具有重要意义。
