Cordierite-based foamed ceramic as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a cordierite-based foamed ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method of the cordierite-based foamed ceramic comprises the following steps: preparing fly ash, chrysotile tailings and auxiliary materials, mixing and grinding to obtain biscuit powder; the biscuit powder is granulated, dried and aged, and biscuit powder particles are obtained; carrying out compression molding on the biscuit powder particles to obtain a biscuit body; the biscuit body is dried and subjected to staged heating sintering, and the cordierite-based foamed ceramic material is obtained. The cordierite-based foamed ceramic is prepared by the preparation method of the cordierite-based foamed ceramic, and the main crystal phase of the cordierite-based foamed ceramic is alpha-cordierite. The cordierite-based foamed ceramic can be applied to the aspects of interior wall decoration, sound absorption materials or waste liquid and water purification and filtration materials. The adopted raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, the preparation process is simple and convenient, the cordierite synthesis temperature is low, and the energy consumption is low.
本发明提供了一种堇青石基泡沫陶瓷及其制备方法和应用,所述堇青石基泡沫陶瓷的制备方法包括步骤:将粉煤灰、温石棉尾矿和辅料进行配料并混合粉磨,获得素坯粉体;将素坯粉体进行造粒、干燥及陈腐,获得素坯粉粒;将素坯粉粒压制成型,获得素坯坯体;将素坯坯体进行干燥和阶段性升温烧结,获得堇青石基泡沫陶瓷材料。所述堇青石基泡沫陶瓷通过如上所述的堇青石基泡沫陶瓷的制备方法制备得到,且所述堇青石基泡沫陶瓷的主晶相为α‑堇青石。堇青石基泡沫陶瓷能够在内墙装饰、吸音材料或废液及水净化过滤材料方面应用。本发明采用的原料廉价易得,制备工艺简便、堇青石合成温度低、能耗低。
