The invention discloses a quartz crucible repairing material as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. The material is prepared from superfine quartz powder, kaolin, aluminum hydroxide, phosphoric acid, a naphthalene water reducer and water. When the material is prepared, aluminum hydroxide and phosphoric acid are heated to react to generate aluminum dihydrogen phosphate transparent viscous liquid, then superfine quartz powder and kaolin are uniformly mixed and poured into the viscous liquid, then the pH value of the system is adjusted to 6.5-7.5, finally, the naphthalene water reducer and water are added, the mixture is stirred into thick paste, and the thick paste is repeatedly kneaded to obtain the material. When the material is used, the material is smeared on a place needing to be repaired and dried in a drying oven, then the place is put into a heating furnace to be heated and sintered, and finally the crucible is cooled and taken out to obtain a completely repaired crucible. The quartz crucible repairing material is scientific and reasonable in component, simple and safe in preparation process and easy to industrially implement, so that the problem of recycling of a damaged crucible is solved.
