The invention belongs to the technical field of isostatic pressing graphite product production, and provides a method for reducing adhesion of a filler to an isostatic pressing graphite roasting blank. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing refractory mortar: adding a refractory raw material and a solvent into a container according to a ratio of 1: (1-5), and stirring and mixing to prepare the refractory mortar; (2) spraying refractory mortar: hoisting the isostatic pressing graphite green body to a spraying position, and spraying the refractory mortar to the surface of the green body to form a coating with the thickness of 0.4-0.5 mm; and (3) sequentially carrying out a natural airing procedure, a charging roasting procedure and a discharging cleaning procedure. By means of the method, the problems that in the existing isostatic pressing graphite product green body roasting process, used filler is attached to the surface of a roasted blank and is difficult to clean, and the quality is affected can be solved, and therefore the purposes of saving resources, reducing the labor cost, simplifying operation, improving the production efficiency and improving the product quality are achieved.
本发明属于等静压石墨产品生产技术领域,提供了一种降低等静压石墨焙烧坯粘填充料的方法。该方法包括:(1)制作耐火泥浆:在容器中按1:1‑5的比例投入耐火原料和溶剂,搅拌混合制备得到耐火泥浆;(2)喷涂耐火泥浆:将等静压石墨生坯吊运至喷涂位置,将耐火泥浆喷涂至生坯的表面,形成0.4‑0.5mm厚的涂层;(3)依次进行自然晾干工序,装炉焙烧工序,以及出炉清理工序。该方法能够对现有等静压石墨制品生坯焙烧过程中使用的填充料附着于焙烧坯表面难以清理和影响品质的问题进行优化,从而起到节约资源、减少人力成本、简化操作、提高生产效率和提升产品品质的目的。
