The invention discloses an interface agent for a concrete pavement patching material, a preparation method and application, and belongs to the field of building materials, and the interface agent is used for repairing a concrete pavement by Portland cement. Polyvinyl alcohol rubber powder; water; a wetting agent; a coalescing agent; a defoaming agent; a preservative; a dispersant; and a pH regulator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water into a high-speed mixer, adding the polyvinyl alcohol rubber powder at the stirring speed of 200-400r/min, stirring for 3-10min, sequentially adding the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the coalescing agent, the dispersing agent and the polydimethylsiloxane, adjusting the stirring speed to 400-700r/min, stirring for 10-15min, adding the preservative, stirring for 5-15min, adding the pH regulator, and stirring for 3-5min to a proper pH range to obtain the concrete interface agent. The interface agent provided by the invention is high in setting speed, high in bonding strength and good in water resistance.
