The invention provides a wave dissipation structure and a fixed wave dissipation device. The wave dissipation structure comprises a supporting base body; the first wave dissipation base body is vertically arranged on the top face of the supporting base body, the first wave dissipation base body extends in the length direction of the supporting base body, and the first wave dissipation base body is used for blocking waves so as to reduce the wave amplitude; the second wave dissipation base body is vertically arranged on the top face of the supporting base body, the second wave dissipation base body extends in the length direction of the supporting base body, the second wave dissipation base body and the first wave dissipation base body are arranged in a spaced mode in the width direction of the supporting base body to form a first drainage channel, and the second wave dissipation base body is located behind the first wave dissipation base body; the second wave dissipation base body is used for blocking residual waves crossing the first wave dissipation base body so as to reduce the amplitude of the residual waves. According to the wave-resistant device, waves can be effectively reduced, the wave-resistant effect is good, meanwhile, horizontal force exerted on the wave-resistant device by the waves can be reduced, and the structural stability is better.
