A building steel structure comprises a connecting plate, a rotating plate, a rotating shaft and a fixed beam, the rotating plate is welded to the lower portion of the connecting plate, and the rotating shaft is welded to the rotating plate and rotationally connected into the fixed beam. The device further comprises a *-shaped groove, a sliding plate, a *-shaped protruding strip and a threaded rod, the *-shaped groove is formed in the outer side of the rotating plate, the threaded rod is rotationally connected to the fixed beam, the sliding plate is in threaded connection to the threaded rod, and the *-shaped protruding strip is arranged on the inner side of the sliding plate. The construction method for the building steel structure comprises the following steps that S1, the threaded rod is rotated to separate the two sliding plates, and the position of the stop pin is locked; s2, the angle between the connecting plate and the fixed beam is adjusted; s3, a threaded rod is rotated to clamp the two sliding plates on the two sides of the rotating plate, and meanwhile a stop pin is unlocked; and S4, the stop pin is pulled out, the position of the sliding beam is adjusted, and the stop pin is inserted into the limiting hole again. And the angle between the connecting plate and the fixed beam can be conveniently and quickly adjusted.
