The invention relates to the field of concrete structural members, in particular to an assembly type shock isolation device. The fabricated seismic isolation device comprises fabricated columns (1), fabricated beams (2), prefabricated floor slabs (3) and prefabricated walls (4), and is characterized by further comprising beam-column joints (5), column-column joints (6), plate-beam joints (7), an enclosure structure (8) and a seismic isolation layer (9); the beam-column joints (5) are arranged between the assembly beams (2) and the assembly columns (1), the column-column joints (6) are arranged between every two adjacent assembly columns (1), the plate-beam joints (7) are arranged between the assembly beams (2) and the prefabricated floor slabs (3), the enclosure structures (8) are connected with the assembly columns (1), the assembly beams (2) and the prefabricated walls (4), and the shock insulation layers (9) are arranged between the prefabricated upper buttresses and the prefabricated lower buttresses. The device is simple in structure and high in shock resistance.
