The invention relates to the technical field of plate manufacturing, in particular to a cork concave-convex decorative plate and a manufacturing method thereof.The cork concave-convex decorative plate comprises a decorative surface layer used for the surface, an elastic cushion layer used for improving the strength of the decorative surface layer and a concave-convex pattern cushion layer used for positioning a bonding pattern which are sequentially bonded from top to bottom; the lining plate layer is used for increasing the thickness; and the balance layer is used for balancing up-and-down tension. The cork concave-convex decorative plate has the decorative effect of natural wood, various styles of concave-convex three-dimensional patterns can be obtained by applying the manufacturing method, and the cork concave-convex decorative plate has diversified decorative styles and use scenes by matching with natural wood grains and colors.
