The invention provides an assembly type laminated slab strip supporting structure and a construction method thereof. The assembly type laminated slab strip supporting structure comprises a supporting mechanism, and the supporting mechanism is used for being arranged below a plurality of prefabricated slabs; the bottom of each prefabricated plate is connected with a supporting long plate in an abutting mode, the supporting long plates extend in the front-back direction, the top of each supporting long plate is provided with a sliding groove which is through in the front-back direction, an opening of the sliding groove faces upwards, and an extending supporting mechanism is arranged in the sliding groove and can stretch out of the sliding groove. The extension supporting mechanism is used for expanding the supporting range of the long supporting plate to the prefabricated plate; through the arrangement of the distance adjusting mechanism and the height adjusting mechanism, adjustment can be carried out according to the supporting distance and height, in this way, a plurality of supporting rods do not need to be installed for supporting, the prefabricated slab can be supported only by adjusting the distance between the cross rod assemblies, and operation is convenient; and the supporting angle of the supporting long plate can be adjusted, and the supporting effect can be improved conveniently.
