The invention discloses a construction method of a connected structure open-web steel truss between towers, which comprises the following steps: S1, before the truss is mounted, reserving brackets at mounting positions of the towers on two sides according to the number of layers of chord members of the truss; s2, preparing a horizontal chord member, a diagonal web member and a straight web member of the truss on the ground platform; s3, the open-web steel truss is synchronously assembled from the towers on the two sides to the middle, a pedal is laid on the horizontal chord member of each section after the horizontal chord member of each section is installed, and the horizontal chord member of the next section is assembled forwards with the pedal as a construction platform; the truss is spliced from the tower buildings on the two sides to the middle, the spliced structure is used as a construction platform, and a foot stool platform does not need to be additionally built; hoisting installation is implemented by taking each rod piece as a unit, large hoisting equipment does not need to be used, and compared with existing construction, the construction investment is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种塔楼之间连体结构空腹钢桁架的施工方法,S1:桁架安装前在两侧塔楼的安装位,按照桁架弦杆层数预留牛腿;S2:在地面平台上预备桁架的水平弦杆、斜腹杆以及直腹杆;S3:空腹钢桁架从两侧塔楼同步向中间拼装,每一节段的水平弦杆安装后在上面铺设踏板,以踏板为施工平台向前拼装下一节段的水平弦杆;水平弦杆外端通过斜拉杆与上部结构拉结,本发明将桁架从两侧塔楼向中间拼装,用已拼装好的结构作施工平台,不需要另外搭建脚架平台;本发明以每根杆件为单位实施吊装安装,不需要使用大型的提升设备,相比于现有施工大大降低了施工投入。
