The invention relates to the technical field of pipe truss construction, in particular to a steel structure pipe truss construction method which comprises the following steps that pipe truss prefabricated parts are placed in a classified mode; the pipe truss body is arranged on a conveyor; an end part connecting piece is fixed at the left end of the pipe truss body; fixing the end part connecting piece at the right end of the pipe truss body again; after assembling, a first pipe truss assembling unit is formed; the steps are repeated on the adjacent conveyors, and a second pipe truss assembling unit is completed; the end connecting pieces on the first pipe truss assembling unit and the second pipe truss assembling unit are connected through the end locking pieces, and the pipe truss assembling pieces are installed; and the pipe truss assembly part is hoisted and installed on the corresponding portion of an existing engineering structure through hoisting equipment, and follow-up construction is continued. According to the whole construction method, the time of aloft work is effectively shortened, meanwhile, the difficulty of frequently transferring large workpieces on a construction site is reduced through cooperation of on-site conveying equipment, and the efficiency of the whole construction is effectively improved.
本发明涉及管桁架施工技术领域,尤其是一种钢结构管桁架施工方法,包括如下步骤:管桁架预制零部件分类摆放;将管桁架本体置于输送机上;在管桁架本体的左端固定端部连接件;在管桁架本体的右端再次固定端部连接件;组装后形成第一个管桁架组装单元;在相邻的输送机上重复上述步骤,并完成第二个管桁架组装单元;利用端部锁紧件将第一个管桁架组装单元与第二个管桁架组装单元上的端部连接件连接,管桁架组装件安装完毕;利用起吊设备将管桁架组装件吊装并安装于现有的工程结构的对应部位,继续后续施工。整个施工方法有效地降低了高空作业的时间,同时利用现场输送设备配合降低了施工现场频繁转移大型工件时的难度,有效地提高整个施工的效率。
