Energy-saving clinker calcination cooling method
The invention discloses an energy-saving clinker calcining and cooling method which comprises the following steps: putting a raw material into the higher end of an inclined rotary kiln, so that the raw material is calcined during rolling and conveying; at the output end of the rotary kiln, clinker is directly and rapidly cooled in a dispersed state in waterfall flow, hot air obtained through cooling is gathered and guided in a cover cap mode, and the hot air is high in temperature and can be fully guided to a multi-stage decomposing furnace to carry out high-temperature air smelting of raw materials, a small amount of hot air overflows to the rotary kiln, pulverized coal is conveniently dispersed, and combined type combustion is carried out; the multiple pushing chain plates move synchronously, clinker moves from the head end of the grate cooler to the tail end of the grate cooler, the clinker in the middle and the tail of the air overflow partition plate is also cooled in a cold air direct moving mode, waste heat of the clinker is directly, fully and rapidly absorbed, derived hot air overflows upwards in a direct mode, the two parts are fully used for a heating unit, the generating capacity is effectively improved, and the energy consumption is reduced. The energy is saved; the pollution is low.
本发明公开了一种节能型熟料煅烧冷却方法,倾斜回转窑的较高一端置入生料,使生料在翻滚及传输中得到煅烧;于回转窑输出端,让熟料在瀑流中以较为分散的状态得到直接、快速的冷却,该冷却所得的热风得到罩盖式集聚和导流,该热风较为高温,并能够充分导往多级分解炉执行高温空气冶炼生料,少量溢往回转窑,便于粉煤发散并执行复合式燃烧;多条推料链板同步窜动,熟料由篦冷机首端窜往篦冷机尾端,溢风隔板中部及尾部的熟料同样得到冷风的直窜式冷却,使熟料余热得到直接、充分快速的吸收,所衍生热风直接式向上外溢,该两部分充分地用往发热机组,有效提升发电量,高效节能低污染。
