The device mainly comprises a pre-decomposition system consisting of C1, C2 and C3 three-stage cyclone preheaters, a coal-fired hot air furnace capable of combining waste heat flue gas from a melting furnace and the like, and an electric pyrolysis kiln which has the functions of directly capturing high-concentration or high-purity CO2 and light burning dicalcium silicate, has micro-negative pressure, is closed and electrically heated, is used for semi-suspending materials in a self-gravity dispersion manner and can be uniformly subjected to cross solid-phase reaction, the system comprises a coal hot air furnace, a melting furnace for oxygen-enriched calcination of tricalcium silicate, a coal injection device, oxygen production devices such as an industrial pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator, a fused salt power generation system or a water cooling and liquid nitrogen cooling system or a water cooling and liquefied CO2 cooling system or a cooling machine, a high-temperature CO2 waste heat recovery system, a gas purification system, a compression system, a liquefaction system, a solidification and storage tank system, a transportation and utilization system and the like. The system has good energy-saving and cyclic utilization effects.
