The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a high-speed worm grinding wheel for gear grinding, which comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing a grinding wheel blank by adopting a dynamic balance forming technology, and drying and sintering the grinding wheel blank; 2) preparing a ceramic bond sol; and (3) uniformly dipping the ceramic bond sol prepared in the step (2) around the center hole of the worm grinding wheel prepared in the step (1), and sintering to obtain the high-speed worm grinding wheel for gear grinding. According to the worm grinding wheel prepared through the method, the static unbalance gram number is smaller than or equal to 10 g through the dynamic balance forming technology, the use linear speed of the worm grinding wheel can reach 80 m/s-100 m/s through dipping reinforcement of the ceramic bond sol, and the worm grinding wheel has the advantages of being simple in production process, high in product grinding efficiency and high in grinding precision.
本发明公开一种磨齿用高速蜗杆砂轮补强方法,该方法包括如下步骤:1)采用动态平衡成型技术制备砂轮坯体,并将其干燥、烧结;2)配制陶瓷结合剂溶胶;3)将步骤2)配制的陶瓷结合剂溶胶均匀的浸渍到步骤1)制备的蜗杆砂轮中心孔的周围,将其烧结后得到磨齿用高速蜗杆砂轮。此方法制备的蜗杆砂轮,采用动态平衡成型技术静不平衡克数≤10g,又通过陶瓷结合剂溶胶的浸渍补强,可以使蜗杆砂轮的使用线速度达到80m/s~100m/s,具有生产工艺简单,产品磨削效率高,磨削精度高的优点。
