The invention discloses a resource utilization method of desulfurized fly ash, which comprises the following steps: mixing desulfurized fly ash, limestone and water, placing in a reactor (gas-liquid-solid three-phase reactor), and desulfurizing to obtain desulfurized gypsum. According to the method, the dry desulfurization ash is added into the wet desulfurization agent for secondary recycling, and is converted into stable desulfurization gypsum through chemical reaction for resource utilization of enterprises such as cement plants, so that the problem of accumulation of the dry desulfurization ash in a short time is solved. The desulfurized fly ash contains a large amount of calcium sulfite and a part of unreacted calcium carbonate, so that the desulfurized fly ash reacts in wet desulphurization to generate calcium sulfate, the purpose of solving the desulfurized fly ash is achieved, and a new method and a new process are provided for resource utilization of the desulfurized fly ash. In addition, the desulfurized gypsum has good performance and is worthy of popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种脱硫灰资源化利用方法,将脱硫灰、石灰石和水混合后放置于反应器(气液固三相反应器),经脱硫后得到脱硫石膏。本发明将将干法脱硫灰添加到湿法脱硫剂中进行二次回用,通过化学反应将其转化成稳定的脱硫石膏,以供水泥厂等企业进行资源化利用,从而解决短期内干法脱硫灰堆积问题。由于脱硫灰中含有大量的亚硫酸钙及部分未反应的碳酸钙,使其在湿法脱硫中反应生成硫酸钙,不仅达到解决脱硫灰的目的,而且为脱硫灰资源化利用提供了一种新方法新工艺。此外,脱硫石膏具有较好的性能,值得推广应用。
