The invention discloses a recycled aggregate strengthening method based on calcium carbonate in-situ homogeneous precipitation and a recycled concrete preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. Comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a soluble calcium salt-urea mixed solution; 2) putting the cleaned and dried recycled aggregate into a container filled with a soluble calcium salt-urea mixed solution for dipping; and (3) putting the container filled with the recycled aggregate and the soluble calcium salt-urea mixed solution into a constant-temperature water bath box, and carrying out strengthening treatment on the recycled aggregate in a constant-temperature water bath environment, so as to obtain the strengthened recycled aggregate based on calcium carbonate in-situ homogeneous precipitation. A urea heating hydrolysis mode is adopted to replace a microbial hydrolysis mode in the prior art, and the technical problems that microorganisms are difficult to survive in a concrete high-alkali environment and the mineralization process is difficult to induce in a crack area are solved, and the problems that the mineralization rate of the microorganisms is relatively slow and the mineralization effect is poor are solved. The influence caused by microbial activity, a treatment process, mineralized product distribution and the like is easily caused.
一种基于碳酸钙原位均匀沉淀的再生骨料强化方法及其再生混凝土制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。包括如下步骤:1)配制可溶性钙盐‑尿素混合溶液;2)将洗净烘干的再生骨料放入装有可溶性钙盐‑尿素混合溶液的容器中浸渍;3)将装有再生骨料和可溶性钙盐‑尿素混合溶液的容器置于恒温水浴箱中,在恒温水浴环境下对再生骨料进行强化处理,得到基于碳酸钙原位均匀沉淀的强化再生骨料。本发明采用尿素加热水解的方式代替了现有技术中微生物水解方式,克服了微生物在混凝土高碱环境中很难存活,在裂缝区域内难以诱导矿化过程发生的技术问题,以及微生物矿化速率相对较慢,易受微生物活性、处理工艺及矿化产物分布等影响的技术问题。
