Pretreatment strengthening method of recycled aggregate and preparation method of recycled concrete
The invention relates to a pretreatment strengthening method of recycled aggregate and a preparation method of recycled concrete. The pretreatment strengthening method comprises the following steps: firstly, washing the recycled aggregate with low-pressure water, naturally airing the material, soaking in an aggregate strengthening solution for 6-12 h, taking out the material, and naturally airing the material to obtain the strengthened recycled aggregate; the preparation method of the recycled concrete comprises the following steps: sequentially standing, precipitating and filtering a washing solution obtained after washing to obtain a regenerated solution; and stirring the regenerated liquid, cement, EVA rubber powder, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and reinforced regenerated aggregate to obtain the regenerated concrete. Compared with the prior art, the strength of the recycled aggregate can be improved, the performance of the prepared recycled aggregate concrete can be effectively improved, and the application range of the recycled aggregate can be expanded.
本发明涉及一种再生骨料的预处理强化方法与再生混凝土的制备方法,预处理强化方法包括首先采用低压水冲洗再生骨料,并自然晾干,再置于骨料强化溶液中浸渍(6‑12)h,取出后自然晾干,即得到强化再生骨料;再生混凝土的制备方法包括将冲洗后所得的洗涤液依次进行静置、沉淀、过滤,得到再生液;之后将再生液、水泥、EVA胶粉、聚羧酸减水剂,以及强化再生骨料进行搅拌,即得到再生混凝土。与现有技术相比,本发明能够提高再生骨料的强度,使其配制的再生骨料混凝土性能获得有效提高,有利于拓展再生骨料的应用范围。
