Recycled aggregate adhesive mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to recycled aggregate adhesive mortar and a preparation method thereof. The recycled aggregate adhesive mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 110-200 parts of cement, 5-30 parts of limestone powder, 560-720 parts of sand, 60-200 parts of recycled clay brick aggregate, 0.01-0.03 part of a water-retaining thickening agent and 200-300 parts of water, and the water-retaining thickening agent comprises welan gum, xanthan gum and polyethylene glycol 400. The manufacturing method of the recycled aggregate adhesive mortar comprises the following steps: stirring the cement, the limestone powder and the sand; the water-retaining thickening agent and the composite binder are added into water to be fully stirred. The recycled aggregate adhesive mortar prepared by the invention is low in production cost and simple in preparation method; the recycled clay brick aggregate can improve the water retention rate and compressive strength of the mortar; the consumption of natural resources is reduced by using the recycled clay brick aggregate and the limestone powder, the economic cost is low, and the whiteness of the mortar can be improved and the grading of the mortar can be improved by adding the limestone powder; the water-retention thickening agent adopted by the invention can ensure compression resistance and bonding strength, and greatly reduces the cost under the condition that the performance index is qualified.
