According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking 35.0 to 47.0 weight percent of circulating corundum aggregate, 25.0 to 34.0 weight percent of circulating high-voltage electric porcelain aggregate, 13.0 to 19.0 weight percent of defective spinel fine powder, 6.0 to 9.0 weight percent of active alpha aluminum oxide, 2.0 to 5.0 weight percent of brown aluminum oxide dust removal powder and 1.5 to 4.5 weight percent of hydratable aluminum oxide as raw materials, adding 4.5 to 6.5 weight percent of water, 3.5 to 4.5 weight percent of retarder, 1.5 to 2.5 weight percent of stabilizer and 0.05 to 0.08 weight percent of circulating basalt fiber, and uniformly mixing; the corundum self-flowing castable based on the circulating refractory material is obtained. Therefore, the method has the characteristics of energy conservation, high efficiency, environment friendliness and low cost; the prepared corundum self-flowing castable based on the circulating refractory material is excellent in thermal shock resistance, high in mechanical strength and relatively high in use temperature.
