The invention relates to a preparation method of a recyclable sludge compost filler with a spiral porous structure, which comprises the following steps: step 1, modeling: selecting the structure of a model, regulating and controlling the porosity and granularity of the model and outputting to obtain a filler model under a modeling mode of a unified TPMS network by utilizing Mslack software; the model can accurately regulate and control the shape and the size of pores, and meets the requirements of a compost filling agent; and 2, according to the filler model obtained in the step 1, a DLP photocuring forming technology is adopted for printing forming of the filler. After the filler disclosed by the invention is added into sewage sludge, the oxygen diffusion, fermentation and dehydration effects of a pile body can be improved.
本发明涉及一种螺旋多孔结构可回收污泥堆肥填充剂制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、建模:利用Mslattice软件,在统一TPMS网络的建模模式下,选择模型的结构、调控模型的孔隙率及粒度,输出得到填充剂模型;该模型能够精准调控孔隙的形状及大小,适应堆肥填充剂的需求;步骤二、根据步骤一得到的填充剂模型,采用DLP光固化成型技术将填充剂打印成型。将本发明的填充剂投加到污水污泥中后,可以改善堆体的氧气扩散、发酵和脱水的效果。
